Returns / Changes

The company is to assume the shipping costs for the return of products only in the following case:

 If the products delivered do not correspond to those originally purchased or have not been shipped in the correct quantity; in this case, the products must be returned within seven (7) business days from the date of the delivery to the customer. The return of products with a charge of the company will be made through the same courier company from which it was delivered.

In case that:

B) the Customer for any reason has changed his mind and no longer wants the product or
C) wants a change / replacement with a different number

The Customer bears the costs for the return of the products within 15 working days days after receipt.
The products must be returned in the condition received by the Customer accompanied by all the necessary documents and within 15 working days. The customer may return the products at the headquarters of the company in person or choose to ship them by mail, assuming the shipping costs, after communication with the company.
All the above should be done in consultation with its staff Company.
In addition, we kindly remind you that the product must be in excellent condition and all the accompanying documents and the original packaging must be included.

 

 

REFUNDS

In case of return of the products, provided that they will have previously received and inspected the products by the Company and if the Customer does not want another product, the refund to Customer will takes place within 10 working days from the date of receipt.
for payment by credit card, the company will cancel credit card charges; for payment in cash or by deposit in a bank account, the customer will be refunded with a deposit on his bank account.
